Taking photos of rescue dogs and cats with black fur is the HARDEST!

My biggest challenge is taking pictures of black animals–dogs and cats. I’ve tried for years to get great shots of my black cat, Kudra!

  14. AnnaZed says:

I have a hard time not having strange miscellaneous things in the background of my pictures.

  15. the hardest and biggest challenge is taking photos of pets one is for them to stay still and two is for them to be looking at the camera its always good to have another person around to help..but i love the challenge and would love to get back to taking photos if i have the pleasure to win this beautiful camera.

  16. desiree says:

  17. Amy Orvin says:

I need a new camara so bad that’s why I wanna win!

  18. Phoenix says:

The biggest challenge I have taking pictures of animals indoors is that it usually requires a flash, which affects the way their eyes & their colouring looks in the final product.

  19. Stephanie Hungerford says:

Taking pictures inside. Since I use a cell phone camera I have to get the lighting just right. as this camera has no flash.

  20. shannon Heitt says:

my biggest challenge with photos is taking them of my pets. they move around so much and its hard to avoid red eye in animals. but because they move so much i have to take 50 pics to get a good one lol

  21. Jeremy Gardner says:

I would like to win because the lens on my camera recently broke, and I need a new one to take some great shots of the Foo Fighters in September!

  22. sandy weinstein says:

my biggest challenge is getting the girls to stay and pose for the cameras, when i try to get a picture, they move….i try to surprise them and carry the camera w/ me so i can get some off guard pictures but when they see the camera they stop what they are doing, and i lose the pose…they want to come and sniff the camera…

  23. Rachel Robertson (Azrael) says:

This is my baby boy Azrael :) Silly little thing :)

  24. Julie B. says:

My biggest photo challenge is centering the dang photos. Yes I can always crop and photoshop them later but that takes time so I end up taking at least 2 of every shot and then reviewing them afterwards to remove all the bad shots. Also the photo settings are ineffecive with the Nikon I’m using, that’s why I need to go back to a Canon! ;) (Why oh why did I ever get rid of that one for 2 more Megapixels?!)

  25. Hannah H says:

My biggest photo challenge is keeping the camera still while trying to take the photos.

  26. Marie H says:

My biggest photo cahllenge is taking pictures of my cat MaggieMae. She is a black cat and it is hard to get the pictures to come out good since all I have right now is my cell phone to take pictures from.

  27. Christine Aiello says:

I would love to win this camera because I am constantly taking pictures of my dog Coco. I take a camera wherever I go. I love taking photos! A new digital camera would be great!

  28. Timmy says:

My biggest photo challenge was photographing people of Tibet and African Tribes.

  29. Carla Bonesteel says:

Biggest photo challenge…not owning a good camera!

  30. Lisa Jestes says:

My biggest challenge is keeping the camera steady :P

  31. Carol Olah says:

would love this camera for new pics of my babies

  32. Cindy Amburn says:

The biggest challenge I have taking pictures is having a fast enough camera to catch all the wonderful wiggliness in our pack.

  33. Charlotte C. says:

As a professional pet-sitter, I’m constantly taking pictures of pets and sending them to the owners of the pets while they’re away, so they can see their pets are happy and well taken care of. My biggest challenge is taking pictures of the really hyper ones who just won’t sit still!

  34. My biggest photo challenge is trying to get pictures of all of my pets indoors. We don’t have enough lighting, especially in the basement.

  35. Sherry Compton says:

My biggest challenge is getting sharp close-ups.

  36. Caroline Morin says:

My biggest challenge is trying to get nice, crisp, clear pictures with my slow, old camera. It’s also quite bulky. I need something I can whip out quickly to snap that perfect shot!

  37. My biggest photo challenge is getting photos that are crisp and not washed out. Even when the lighting is great, getting the “Perfect shot” is pretty challenging. I got my camera in 2009 and while it still works great for what it is, it can’t compete with something like a Rebel camera.

  38. KateV says:

My biggest photo challenge is getting action shots of my dogs. I love doing agility with my Sheltie, and try to get pictures of him while he’s running- but he’s so fast it’s hard to get a very good picture. It’s also hard to find a way to take action shots while leaving the camera on a tripod so I can actually be running with him.

  39. ellen says:

My biggest photo challenge is getting pics of the ferals and housecats who wander up . The housecats are easier to check to see if they are in fact owned by someone if I have a picture to compare a description to for lost animals so the can be hopefully reunited with owners. I also try and socialize any kittens and find them homes.

  40. Kimberly says:

My biggest photo challenge is actually getting my hands on the camera! Hubby and I share on so I end up taking most of my shots with my cell phone and we all know that phones are for talking, not taking good pictures!

  41. Stefano says:

My biggest photo challenge is getting my hands on a great video digital camera actually…I love photography and would someday start video editing too :)

  42. ANN*H says:

My biggest photo challenge is trying to get the animals to stay in a cute pose long enough to take the picture – same with the grandkids

  43. Joanne Gregory says:

My biggest photo challenge has always been getting both my husband and myself in the photo. It is usually him taking the photo or me taking it.

  44. Trasina McGahey says:

My biggest photo challenge is getting my subjects to be still!

  45. Monica says:

Not quite clear on how to enter… I’ve got lots of my photography (I’m not a professional) on facebook.com/worldofmoonpye and http://www.moonpye.net and on my personal fb page but I don’t know how to share all this with you. Is there a webpage I’m supposed to enter on?

  46. Linda Meyers-Gabbard says:

Currently my biggest photo challenge is that the only camera I have us the one on my phone and it doesn’t take the best pictures. They are not very clear

  47. Bonnie says:

The biggest photo challenge I’ve had is photographing concerts in low light with now flash- but it’s really gratifying when you get the shot you’re there for (I’m “working” for a friends new music webzine) using the skills you’re learning.

My other big photo challenge is that since I only have a DSLR ( I’m a photo student), whenever I’m in a photo the person taking the picture with my camera never focuses it correctly.

  48. Katy says:

My biggest photo challenge is holding the camera still when taking a photo

  49. Sylvia Ortiz says:

My biggest photo challenge is capturing the “cuteness” of my dog in photos. Every picture, he looks mad and old ~ not like the “cute & adorable” little Teddy Bear that I see everyday. :(

  50. My biggest challenge is photographing animals cause they usually don’t want to hold still for me. It makes it more interesting though cause sometimes you get some interesting pics that way!!!!

  51. Liz Ticona says:

My biggest challenge is that checkers can be unpredictable, he would do something so adorable or have an expression and as soon as i reach for phone to take a picture he changes it lol . Also his eyes come out red on the picture due to flash :( but he still looks adorable though hehe

  52. KIM CRAWFORD says:

MY BIGGEST PHOTO CHALLENGE IS NIGHT PICTURES. IT IS SO HARD TO GET IT TO TURN OUT WITHOUT A BLURR.

    THANKS FOR THE GIVEAWAY!

  53. christal c w says:

My biggest photo challenge is the lighting and getting rid of red eye

  54. andalene says:

Standing still and steady is my biggest problem – I have extremely shaky hands.

  55. kelly nicholson says:
